How many names will you secure for me?
We check the availability of your brand name, user name or vanity URL on the popular Social Media websites and then secure your name on the 100 most appropriate for your brand.

What if I already have some of the names secured? Do I still have to pay full price?
Yes and we will not duplicate efforts, if you inform us at the time of purchase. We will always create 100 profiles on your behalf. Please let us know in advance which profiles you have already created so we do not duplicate efforts.

My username that I use is only 4 characters long, is this going to be an issue?
Some sites require that your username be at least 3 characters, others require 6. We strongly suggest that you have a username over 6 characters to be accepted on all of the sites. If you still want to use a short username we will do our best to sign you up for all of the sites, but you might not get through on some of them.

What happens to my data after the profile creation process is completed?
You will receive an email informing you that the process is complete and will be provided access to our website and your login and password information. We suggest you also secure this information on your computer.

How long does it take for you to create all the user names for me?
Between 1 and 5 business days. It's a combination of workload and making sure to not violate any of the Terms of Service for any of these great sites.

The more services you use, the more information you leave about yourself around the web. The more your pictures, data, and information are scattered about the web, the more likely it is that you will lose some part of it. Our backup service is your insurance policy against losing that data. These social media sites will never lose it intentionally, but accidents do happen.

Please note that responses to your inquiries may take up to 72 hours. Responses may not occur on holidays or weekends in the United States.

How do I choose between a 301 Permanent Redirect vs a 307 Temporary Redirect?
It really comes down to your needs. The perception is that 301 redirects are better for SEO and Page Rank. If this is a huge concern for you, then choose 301 redirects for your BMURLs in your registered account. By 'permanent' Google for example expects that your destination URL will never change so it may cache this URL. Also, proxy and caching servers may also cache the destination URL which may not give you accurate click counts. If you expect to change your URL periodically and SEO is not a big concern, then 307 Temporary Redirects may be the way to go. A good case for 307 redirects is if for example you have a BMURL such as BMurl.com/contest and you plan on changing the URL every month. For more accurate click tracking, you can use 307 Redirects on places with low/no SEO, such as Twitter, emails, any sites that require login, or links on social networking profile pages.
